Welcome to CallFay® services. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the CallFay® platform and related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
CallFay® provides AI-powered e-commerce growth solutions, including but not limited to: MuyuAI smart customer service, CallFay® Design AI design, CallFay® GEO AI search optimization, and CallFay® Reach proactive lead generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not abuse or interfere with normal service operation
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services for the following activities:
- Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Sending spam or unauthorized advertising
- Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Distributing malware or conducting cyber attacks
Intellectual Property
CallFay® services and their content (including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property laws. For designs generated through CallFay® Design, you have commercial usage rights during your active subscription. We reserve all other rights to the platform and services.
Payment Terms
Some services require paid subscriptions. Fees will be charged based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will notify you of any price changes in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or other reasons. You may also cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, but certain terms will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen for litigation.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
